We want you to glow with confidence, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Bondi Sands purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please retain your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
